„Yellow Air“ is a concept for a play that is inspired by climate change and conversations with scientists who develop forward-looking flying technology and do research on climate physics.
In five scenes of an airport setting the play shows passengers struggling emotionally regarding airport processes and aircraft situations. The attitudes ranging from stress and rage to love and hope demonstrate the dilemma the dream of flying caused by human kind.
The core scene includes an aria sung by a cleaner that envisions his own sustainable airline using future technology that converts air traffic into an eco-friendly, social and funny means of transport.
The play is still work-in-progress.
